Procedures & How to Follow

Your store in six steps: check your plan, prepare your content, complete each store section, preview on desktop and mobile, publish, and keep your store updated.

1. Check your membership before you start

Your membership plan decides which store features and upload allowances you have.

  • Global Access: up to 10 products and 1 catalogue or brochure. Inquiries go through ATN.
  • Professional: up to 100 products, 3 catalogues and 2 videos. Includes certifications and quote requests.
  • Corporate: unlimited products and catalogues, full video gallery, meeting requests and RFQ inbox.
  • Enterprise: Corporate features plus custom brand colours/banner and ATN assistance.
  • Investor / Government: investment and agency profile with projects and opportunities instead of products.

“Unlimited” product or catalogue counts do not remove the per-file size limits below.

2. Prepare your files

Use original, sharp images. Avoid screenshots and text inside photographs.

  • Logo: transparent PNG or WebP, 800 × 800 px, max 2 MB.
  • Store cover: JPG, PNG or WebP, 2400 × 1000 px, keep important content near the centre, max 5 MB.
  • Product photographs: JPG, PNG or WebP, 1600 × 1600 px, up to 8 photos per product, max 5 MB each.
  • Company gallery: JPG, PNG or WebP, 2000 × 1400 px, up to 20 photos, max 5 MB each.
  • Video: MP4, 1080p recommended, number of videos follows your plan, max 100 MB each.
  • Catalogues / certificates: PDF with readable pages, number of files follows your plan, max 20 MB each.

Dimensions are recommendations. Preview the cover crop on desktop and mobile, add short image descriptions, and only upload content you have permission to use.

3. Complete your store section by section

  • Home: cover heading and introduction, collection summary, capabilities, reasons to work with you and partnership message.
  • Company Profile: company name, country, industry, website, tagline and introduction; logo, store cover and company gallery photos.
  • Products: name, category, SKU/model, description, price and pricing unit (leave empty for “Pricing on request”), minimum order, availability, lead time, sizes, materials, colours/variants, weight, packaging, warranty, customisation and shipping. Up to 8 photos per product.
  • Product Categories: name, description and image; assign your products to them.
  • Videos: MP4 with a clear title and description (not included in Global Access).
  • Catalogs & Brochures: PDF with title and description, within your plan allowance.
  • Certifications: authentic PDF documents with title, issuing organisation and expiry date. ATN controls verification badges.
  • Contact & Inquiries: business email, contact person, telephone, address and time zone. Global Access and Professional inquiries go through ATN; Corporate and Enterprise include the member inbox.
  • Request Quote (Professional and above): instructions for buyers.
  • Schedule Meeting (Corporate and Enterprise): business hours, time zone, meeting length and methods. Buyers suggest a time; you confirm it.

Investor / Government members fill in the Investment & Agency Profile instead of products.

4. Keep your writing concise

  • Company introduction: up to 500 words.
  • Company tagline / cover heading: up to 20 words each.
  • Cover introduction / partnership message: up to 100 words each.
  • Collection, capabilities, why work with us, quote instructions: up to 150 words each.
  • Partnership heading / product name: up to 15 words each.
  • Product description: up to 300 words.

Describe products accurately and include measurement units and the unit used for pricing.

5. Preview and publish

  1. Preview your store on desktop and mobile.
  2. Check company information, categories and product details, and open the large product images.
  3. Test product search, filters, videos, PDFs and the inquiry, quote and meeting pages included in your plan.
  4. Complete the checklist: company name, country, profile within 500 words, industry, valid business email, and at least one product with a name, description and photograph.
  5. Fix any plan allowance or word-limit warnings, confirm your information is accurate, then publish your store.

6. Edit, add or delete after publishing

  1. Open the matching section, edit or add items and save. To retire a product, delete it and confirm.
  2. Preview your changes. Your live store stays unchanged while you edit.
  3. Publish your updates.

If you move to a smaller membership, your content is kept; extra content must be removed or the plan upgraded before publishing again.
