Information supplied by a property owner, developer, broker, company or other third party does not constitute information independently created or verified by ATN.

Update frequency depends on the property, project and information source.

Availability, pricing, project status and other real estate information may change after publication.

Property owners, developers or authorized listing managers should be encouraged to maintain current information, and users should confirm important information directly before making material decisions.

Where the the launch version submission function is available, eligible ATN members can submit an appropriate property, development project or real estate opportunity for ATN review.

Follow these steps:

Login / Join ATN → Select Existing Company → Select Listing Type → Enter Property or Project Information → Select Country/Location → Add Supporting Media → Review → Submit → ATN Review → Dashboard Status → Published if Approved.

Submission does not guarantee publication, and ATN may request corrections or additional information before approving content for display.

Yes. Global Real Estate is designed to help users discover and connect with relevant real estate businesses and opportunity participants.

Depending on the listing, users may discover property companies, developers, project sponsors, service providers or investment-related opportunities and use the available inquiry action to request more information.

ATN facilitates discovery and business connections. It does not guarantee that an inquiry will result in a transaction, investment, financing agreement, development partnership or other business outcome.

ATN may review submitted content for completeness, relevance and compliance with platform requirements before publication.

However, ATN publication review is not the same as independent property, title, ownership, appraisal, engineering, legal, regulatory, financial or investment verification.

Users considering a property or project should independently verify important information and conduct appropriate due diligence with qualified professionals before entering into agreements, transferring funds or making investment decisions.

An ATN-published listing does not constitute an ATN guarantee or endorsement.

Where these functions are enabled, logged-in users may be able to save selected properties or projects for easier access from their account.

ATN may later provide personalized alerts based on criteria such as country, property type, project type or opportunity category.

More advanced property alert and recommendation capabilities can be added later.
